Super Bowl Sunday Tow

Jim was about 10 minutes North on Highway 15 outside of New Ulm and the car just stopped working. I called All-American Towing to go get him and Jim is half way home when they called him saying that they could not find him. He was picked up by another towing company. Needless to say All-American was furious. I hope they don't charge us for going all that way out there and not getting him, we did not know that it was not them picking him up, and we already paid the other towing company $233.26. I am blessed to have Road Side Assistance with my insurance, because they will reimburse us for what we have paid. Just another thing we need more to go wrong with the car. It is Murphy's Law: we finished paying off the car and now everything goes wrong. What I don't get is that it is a 2001 and it is only 2009 now.
